Cancellation Policy
All consultation sessions are designed to provide clarity, direction, and guidance based on your current stage and goals. Full payment is required prior to the scheduled session. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Due to the limited availability and time allocated: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance Late cancellations or missed sessions will result in the session being forfeited without refund Consultation sessions are advisory-based conversations only and are intended to help you understand your direction, options, and next steps. This service does not include: Detailed reports Supplier sourcing or introductions Ongoing support or follow-up outside of the session By proceeding with a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms. Refund Policy: All consultation sessions are non-refundable once confirmed. If you provide at least 48 hours notice, your session may be rescheduled to a later time. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited without refund.
